These terms apply when you buy a plan from 76 Design Solutions through this store at sales.76designsolutions.com. Please read the section on recurring billing carefully — most of our plans renew automatically.

Recurring billing, renewal and cancellation

This is the part people most often want in plain language, so here it is plainly.

• Our plans renew automatically. A monthly plan is charged every month on the same date. An annual plan is charged once a year on the anniversary of your purchase.
• The amount and the interval are shown before you pay, on the plan page and again at checkout. If a price or an interval is not clear to you at checkout, do not complete the purchase — ask us first.
• You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. Tell us in writing and we will stop the next renewal. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
• We will not raise your price without telling you first. If a plan price changes, existing subscribers are notified before the change takes effect and may cancel instead.
• Cancelling is not harder than signing up. A single written request is enough. You will not be put through a retention process to leave.

What a plan includes

Each plan page lists what that plan covers. Where a plan includes hosting or domain registration, those are included at no separate charge for as long as the plan is active — you are not billed twice for the same thing.

Domains we register on your behalf are registered in your name. You own the domain. If you leave, the domain goes with you.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt it again and contact you; we will not suspend your service without telling you.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refunds and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your content and access

You keep ownership of your content, your brand assets and your data. We keep the right to use a general description of the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee a specific search ranking, a specific amount of traffic, or a specific revenue result. Anyone who does is guessing. What we commit to is the work described in the plan, carried out competently and reported honestly.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a plan is limited to the amount you paid us for that plan in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the updated version appears on this page with a new date. Changes are not applied retroactively to a purchase you have already made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
