Refunds and Returns Policy

This is the single refunds policy for 76 Design Solutions. It replaces any earlier refund page on this site.

Cancelling a plan

• Cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice in writing.
• Your plan stays active through the notice period and stops at the next renewal date.
• There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

What is refundable

• Whole unused months or years can be refunded where a plan is cancelled and the period has not begun.
• Work already carried out is not refundable. If a month’s SEO, content or support has been delivered, that month is payable.
• Domain registrations are not refundable. Once a domain is registered in your name, the registration fee is spent and the domain is yours.
• A charge taken in error is refunded in full, as soon as we find it or you tell us. We do not require you to argue for this.

Write to us through 76designsolutions.com. Tell us which plan and why. We will respond within five business days and, where a refund is due, return it to the original payment method.

Disputed charges

If you think a charge is wrong, contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. We would rather fix it directly and quickly.
