We do not sell your personal information
76 Design Solutions does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past twelve months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Access a copy of it
- Correct it if it is wrong
- Delete it, except where we must keep it for tax or legal reasons
- Opt out of any sale or sharing — although as stated above, we do neither
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Your service and price do not change because you asked
These rights are set out in the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and in comparable laws in other states including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah. We apply them to everyone who asks, not only to residents of those states.
How to exercise a right
Write to us through 76designsolutions.com and say which right you are exercising. We will confirm receipt and respond within 45 days. We may need to verify who you are before we act, which usually means confirming the email address on the account.

This site honors the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser.
Who we share information with
Only the services needed to run the store, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google Analytics — aggregate site usage
- Our hosting provider — to serve this site
We do not provide your information to advertisers or data brokers.
